PRÉ-VERT: a new real estate program in the Geneva countryside

The architectural design respects the “village” spirit of Chevry and blends naturally into the landscape, with traditional tiled roofs, wooden cladding and rails and buildings no more than two stories high. All garages are underground.

Apart from the houses, terraces and private gardens, the site is mainly landscaped, interspersed with paths and greenery.

In the heart of the French border area, Chevry is a spread-out village, mainly comprising small hamlets and localities that have all the charm of the countryside. Here, more than anywhere in Pays de Gex, you can breathe! Chevry provides ideal surroundings for the tranquility of your family.

However, the village is just a quarter of an hour from Geneva via the road to Saint-Genis-Pouilly. Whilst living in the countryside, you will remain very close to all the economic and commercial activity of the Geneva area.

Chevry has a primary school. Middle and high schools for older children are located less than 10 minutes away in Ferney-Voltaire or Saint-Genis-Pouilly. First good news: Villes et Villages Créations has signed an agreement with Chevry local authorities to place a bus stop just at the entrance to Pré-Vert! Second good news: the Geneva tramway will soon be extended to Saint-Genis-Pouilly.
